WHAT IS THE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL COLORADO MIGHTY MILLIONS RAFFLE?
Children's Hospital Colorado Mighty Millions Raffle is a community fundraising initiative. The raffle is an opportunity for the public to help raise funds for Children's Colorado by buying a ticket for a chance to win incredible prizes. Net proceeds raised will be used for Children’s Colorado's greatest needs, providing the hospital with greater flexibility to care for its young patients. A Children's Hospital Colorado Mighty Millions Raffle ticket purchase is not a philanthropic donation, but rather an opportunity to support the hospital through participation in a gaming event where ticket purchasers have a chance to win prizes.
HOW DOES CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL COLORADO FOUNDATION USE RAFFLE TICKET PROCEEDS?
Children's Colorado is the only comprehensive nonprofit children's hospital in the region. Every dollar raised by the Foundation is used to further the hospital's mission of caring for and curing children through the provision of high-quality care, education, research and advocacy.
The net proceeds, after prizes and expenses are paid, will support Children's Hospital Colorado's Children's Fund. The Children's Fund is comprised of unrestricted contributions used for Children's Colorado's greatest needs, allowing the hospital to quickly improve the care offered to every child who comes through the doors. Children's Colorado served nearly 225,000 children last year and expects to see even more kids and teens in the years to come. The hospital strives to provide each child — as well as each child's family — with the best possible healthcare experience and outcome. The Children's Fund helps to do just that.

HOW MUCH DO RAFFLE TICKETS COST?
Tickets are 1 for $100 and discounted packages of 3 tickets for $250 or 5 tickets for $375.
HOW MANY TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE MIGHTY MILLIONS RAFFLE?
A maximum of 98,000 tickets are available for sale.
HOW MANY RAFFLE TICKETS CAN I BUY?
Participants can buy as many raffle tickets as they like.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE RAFFLE TICKETS?
Ticket purchasers and holders must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States. A ticket may not be purchased or held by (1) an individual who is prohibited from purchasing or holding a ticket under Applicable Law or applicable U.S. Federal Law, or (2) the following individuals and members of their immediate family who reside at the same address: (a) Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation employees and members of the Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation Board of Trustees, (b) Children's Hospital Colorado Executives and members of the Children's Hospital Colorado Board of Directors, and (c) builder of the Grand Prize Showhome. A ticket may not be assigned or transferred. Residents outside the United States may not purchase tickets.
HOW ARE TICKET NUMBERS GENERATED?
Tickets are assigned numbers in the order in which they are processed. Tickets will be issued by email only.
WHY CAN'T I BUY A TICKET BY MAIL OR IN PERSON?
In order to streamline the raffle process and issue tickets to purchasers in a timely fashion, Mighty Millions Raffle tickets are available by telephone and online only. Tickets are issued by email only.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS? CAN I STILL ORDER A TICKET?
Yes, you may still order a ticket and if your payment is processed, your ticket numbers will be entered into all of the applicable prizes draws. You do not need to have your ticket in hand in order to win prizes. However, it is advisable to have an email address so that you have a record of your transaction.
IF I DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND DON'T KNOW MY TICKET NUMBERS, HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF I HAVE WON A PRIZE?
Initial prize notification letters will be promptly sent to all prize winners by U.S. Mail or by email to the address shown in the Raffle database, as provided by the purchaser. Prize draw results will also be posted at www.MightyMillionsRaffle.com.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY TICKET?
Official tickets will be issued by email only. If tickets are purchased online and a valid payment is confirmed, a ticket number will be emailed immediately to the email address provided by the purchaser. If tickets are purchased by telephone, a ticket number will be emailed within 3–5 business days.
IS MY TICKET PURCHASE TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
No. Raffle ticket purchases are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible for income tax purposes.
WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?
Mighty Millions Raffle Rules state that all ticket sales are final and that there are no refunds. Please ensure that you check your order information carefully before submitting your order.
ARE RAFFLE WINNINGS CONSIDERED INCOME?
Yes, Raffle winnings are considered income and are generally subject to federal and state income taxes and may be subject to state and local sales or use taxes. The Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation Board of Trustees will withhold and remit applicable federal and state income taxes. Such withholding will be first from the cash portion (if any) of a prize. If the cash portion of a prize is not sufficient to satisfy the applicable withholding requirements, the winner must satisfy the withholding requirement by tendering sufficient additional funds to the Foundation prior to accepting any prize. WHY DO SOME PRIZES COME WITH BONUS CASH?
The Raffle awards all prizes with a contracted value of $5,000 or more with bonus cash. The bonus cash is part of the prize. The bonus cash is intended to help cover taxes incurred by the winner and to enhance the overall winning experience.
HOW ARE THE PRIZE VALUES CALCULATED?
Advertised prize values are approximate retail values as of the date that contracts were negotiated with suppliers. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. The winner or Children's Hospital Colorado are not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. Prize values include applicable sales taxes paid on the purchase of the prizes.
ARE THE PRIZES DONATED?
No. All prizes are purchased by Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation.
IF I WIN, DO I HAVE TO TAKE MY PRIZE OR CAN I JUST TAKE THE CASH?
All prizes must be accepted as awarded. There are no cash substitutes, unless otherwise advertised. See Rules for more information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT CLAIM MY PRIZE IN PERSON?
Winners will be notified by U.S. Mail as to what they have won and how to claim their prize. Depending on the type of prize, there are various methods available to claim prizes in a timely manner.
CAN SOMEONE WHO LIVES OUTSIDE COLORADO OR OVERSEAS BUY A TICKET?
Ticket purchasers must reside in the United States. Residents outside the United States may not purchase tickets.
WHEN DOES THE RAFFLE END?
The final ticket sales deadline is May 5, 2017, at midnight Mountain Time.
IF I WIN, AM I ELIGIBLE FOR OTHER DRAWINGS?
Yes, all tickets sold are included in all draws for which they are eligible. Winning tickets for all draws will be reentered for all subsequent remaining draws and therefore a ticket purchaser or holder could possibly win more than one prize.
ARE THE DRAWINGS AUDITED?
Yes. An independent auditor audits the drawings.
WHAT ARE MY ODDS OF WINNING?
The odds of winning a prize are 1 in 15. The odds of winning the Grand Prize Showhome is based on the number of tickets sold. If all tickets are sold, the odds of winning the grand prize are 1 in 98,000.
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO WIN?
No. Ticket holders need not be present to win and are not required to have received their official tickets in order to be included in the draws.
HOW ARE THE WINNERS NOTIFIED?
Each prize will be awarded to the winning ticket holder, who is the individual named on the winning ticket. Prize notification letters will be promptly sent to all prize winners by U.S. Mail or by email to the address shown in the Raffle database, as provided by the purchaser. Prize draw results will be posted at www.MightyMillionsRaffle.com.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM MY PRIZE?
Winners who have not claimed their prize within twenty (20) days of the applicable drawing date will be notified by U.S. Certified Mail, return receipt requested. The notice will include information regarding the prize won, a contact person's telephone number and the time and place where the winner may claim the prize. If a winner fails to claim a prize within thirty (30) days of receiving this notification, the Foundation may retain the prize.
Vacation prize winners must claim their prize and book travel by December 31, 2017.

WHAT IS THE 100 DAYS OF WINNING CASH CALENDAR™ ADD-ON?
100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-Ons are another way for raffle purchasers to win cash prizes. The 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar will award $2,000 each day over a 100-day period, with a combined prize value of $200,000. Cash Calendar Add-ons must be purchased in conjunction with a Mighty Millions Raffle ticket. Ticket prices are 1 for $25, 3 for $50 and 6 for $75. 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On orders will not be accepted after an original Mighty Millions Raffle ticket purchase. Draws for the 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On will take place on either April 27 or May 18 based on the applicable Mighty Millions Raffle draw scenario (see Draw Information, below). 100 Days of Winning Cash Calendar Add-On winners will be posted daily at www.MightyMillionsRaffle.com from June 1 to September 8, 2017.

All tickets sold by the Bonus Deadline of midnight Mountain Time, March 17, 2017, will be eligible for the Bonus draw on March 30, 2017, at 12:00 pm Mountain Time at Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center, 13200 E 14th Pl., Aurora, CO. The winning ticket of the Bonus draw will be reentered for all subsequent remaining draws and therefore a ticket purchaser or holder could possibly win more than one prize.

In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird Deadline of midnight Mountain Time, April 14, 2017, then draws would be conducted on April 27, 2017, at 12:00 pm Mountain Time at Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center, 13200 E 14th Pl., Aurora, CO. The first draw would be for the Early Bird Prize (see "Prize Claim" section below for more information on the Early Bird Prize). This would be followed by draws for all remaining prizes starting with the lowest contracted valued prize and ending with the most valuable contracted prize (i.e. the Grand Prize Showhome). Winning tickets for all draws will be reentered for all subsequent remaining draws and therefore a ticket purchaser or holder could possibly win more than one prize.

In the event that tickets remain for sale after the Early Bird Deadline, then only the Early Bird draw would be made on April 27, 2017, at 12:00 pm Mountain Time at Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center, 13200 E 14th Pl., Aurora, CO. The winning ticket of the Early Bird draw will be reentered for all subsequent remaining draws.
The final deadline for ticket sales is midnight Mountain Time, May 5, 2017. The remaining draws would then be conducted starting with the lowest valued prize and ending with the most valuable prize on May 18, 2017, at 12:00 pm Mountain Time at Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center, 13200 E 14th Pl., Aurora, CO.
The Games Manager will conduct all prize draws. All prizes will be drawn randomly in a manner licensed by the Colorado Secretary of State. All prize draws are open to the public. Ticket purchasers are not required to be present during any draws in order to win prizes. Winning tickets for all draws will be reentered for all subsequent remaining draws and therefore a ticket purchaser or holder could possibly win more than one prize.
Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation, with the approval of the Colorado Secretary of State in accordance to Applicable Law, may postpone, alter or cancel a drawing.
