†WHY DO SOME PRIZES COME WITH BONUS CASH?
The raffle awards Bonus Cash for all prizes with a contracted value of $5,000 or more (net of the cost of the ticket). Bonus Cash is part of the prizes valued $5,000 or more and is awarded for the amount of federal income tax that the raffle is required to withhold on gambling winnings and to enhance the overall winner’s experience. Bonus Cash will be remitted directly to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on the winner’s behalf. Any additional federal or state income tax will be the responsibility of the winner.
WHAT IS THE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL COLORADO MIGHTY MILLIONS RAFFLE?
Children’s Hospital Colorado Mighty Millions Raffle is an opportunity for the community to help raise funds for Children’s Colorado by buying a ticket for a chance to win incredible prizes. Net proceeds raised are used to support Children’s Colorado’s greatest needs, providing the hospital with resources to care for patients across a seven-state region.
A Children’s Hospital Colorado Mighty Millions Raffle ticket purchase is not a charitable tax-deductible donation, but rather an opportunity to support the hospital through participation in a gaming event where ticket buyers have a chance to win prizes.
HOW DOES CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL COLORADO FOUNDATION USE RAFFLE TICKET PROCEEDS?
Children’s Hospital Colorado is the only comprehensive nonprofit children’s hospital in a seven-state region. Every dollar raised from the community is used to further the hospital’s mission of caring for and curing children through providing high-quality care, education, research and advocacy.
The net proceeds of the raffle, after prizes are awarded and expenses are paid, support Children’s Hospital Colorado’s Children’s Fund. The Children’s Fund is used to support Children’s Colorado’s greatest needs, allowing the hospital to improve the care offered to every child who needs us. The hospital strives to provide each child — as well as each child’s family — with the best possible healthcare experience and outcome. The Children’s Fund helps to do just that.

The raffle will remit applicable federal income taxes, as required by the IRS to be withheld, for prizes valued $5,000 or more (net of the cost of the ticket). Bonus Cash† is awarded for an amount equal to that required by the IRS to be withheld from gambling winnings. Any additional federal or state income tax will be the responsibility of the winner. Please see Rules for more information.
HOW MANY PRIZES ARE AWARDED?
In 2025, 4,605 prizes will be awarded including the Grand Prize Showhome, vehicles, vacations, season tickets and more.
HOW ARE THE PRIZE VALUES CALCULATED?
Advertised prize values are approximate retail values. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the Grand Prize Showhome may increase or decrease over time. Neither the winner nor Children’s Hospital Colorado is entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time a prize is awarded. Prize values include applicable sales taxes paid on the purchase of the prizes.
ARE THE PRIZES DONATED?
No. Most of the prizes are purchased by the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation.
IF I WIN, DO I HAVE TO TAKE MY PRIZE, OR CAN I TAKE CASH?
All prizes must be accepted as awarded. There are no cash substitutes, unless otherwise advertised. See Rules for more information.
CAN SOMEONE WHO LIVES OUTSIDE COLORADO OR OVERSEAS BUY A TICKET?
Ticket purchasers must reside in the United States and prize eligibility may be subject to applicable local and state law. Exclusions to this are U.S. military addresses.
WHEN DOES THE RAFFLE END?
The Raffle will end on the final ticket sales deadline, May 9, 2025, at midnight Mountain Time, or when all 117,000 tickets are sold.
IF I WIN A PRIZE, AM I ELIGIBLE FOR OTHER DRAWS?
Yes. All tickets sold are included in all draws for which they are eligible. Winning tickets for all draws will be re-entered for all remaining draws, and therefore a ticket purchaser or holder is eligible to win more than one prize.
ARE THE DRAWS AUDITED?
Yes. An independent auditor audits the draws in compliance with Colorado Applicable Law.
WHAT ARE MY ODDS OF WINNING?
The odds of winning a prize are 1 in 29. The odds of winning the Grand Prize Showhome are based on the number of tickets sold. If all tickets are sold, the odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 117,000.
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT AT A DRAW TO WIN?
No. Ticket holders do not need to be present at draws to win and are not required to have received their official tickets in order to be included in the draws.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM A PRIZE IF I WIN?
All prizes must be accepted as awarded unless otherwise stated in the Rules or as deemed necessary by Foundation Board and upon approval of the Colorado Secretary of State. All prize winners must be eligible holders under the Rules and Applicable Law. If a prize winner is found not to comply with the Rules or Applicable Law, then the corresponding prize may be forfeited and retained by Foundation Board.
Each prize will be awarded to the individual named on the winning ticket. Initial prize notification letters will be promptly sent to all prize winners by email to the address shown in the raffle database, as provided by the purchaser. Prize draw results will be posted at MightyMillionsRaffle.com within 24 hours of each draw.
Winners who have not claimed their prizes within 20 calendar days of the applicable drawing date will be notified by U.S. Postal Service Certified Mail, return receipt requested. The notice will include information regarding the prize won, a contact person’s email and how the winner may claim the prize. If a winner fails to claim a prize within 30 calendar days of receiving the mail notification, Foundation Board may retain the prize.
The winner of the Grand Prize Showhome, or any prize winner, can decline the prize, in which case a re-draw would occur, and another winner will be chosen.
A prize will not be awarded if either the purchaser or the holder is ineligible to purchase or hold the ticket under the Rules or if they provided false or misleading information in connection with the ticket’s purchase.
